I’m just gonna listen to Neil Gaiman saying nice things about stories for the rest of the night.
Character design is so much more fun when I get to keep in mind that most of them are tripping-and-rolling ghosts.
Faeries wouldn’t be the same without their Victorian washing and later Disneyfication. They wouldn’t be the same without everything that happens to their idea throughout Time, no matter how Silly and Weird. They’re fickleness and absurdity embodied; They echo arbitrary whims the way other spirits echo actual pieces of the world.
I like faeries because they’re like me. They’re silly (unless they’re unsilly), and everyone thinks they’re dumb, but they know secrets and will eat your babies and you won’t even know.
my favorite part is that no one is wearing the shirt that gave her the cigarette
OH MY GOD YOU’RE RIGHT
I’m sure there was something I came here to look for. Or maybe I was sure about whether or not I was sure, but it could be either way, as long as I was sure about it before I forgot what it was about? But if I find it, then I can be sure again that I was sure that there was something here I could find, unless I wasn’t, then I won’t know what to do unless I remember, but then I could just say I’m sure I wasn’t looking for anything. I think most people just do that.
venezuelan poodle moth
such a cutie
it looks like it flew here straight from some anime
it looks like a rabbit-fairy oh my god
If you tried to invent something like this and put it in a book, everyone would laugh…
